Cancellation Form
Please fill in the form below to cancel your booking.
At least 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of room bookings, otherwise 50% of the hire price will be charged. If no notification is given before the date of the meeting the full price will be charged regardless of whether the room was used or not.
A $1 fee per meeting will be charged for cancellations of more than 4 meetings in a block booking. A block booking is a regular weekly/fortnightly/monthly meeting room booking of the same time and day of the week.
You will receive a confirmation of your cancellatio via email to confirm that it has been done. If you don't receive a confirmation, please give us a call.
